Our 8-week social anxiety group therapy offers a supportive space to build social skills, overcome anxiety, and connect with others facing similar challenges.

What to Expect in Our Group Therapy:
+ Learn to identify and shift unhelpful thinking patterns
+ Build practical coping skills for social situations
+ Practice new strategies in a safe, supportive, and confidential environment

Details:
- Who: Adults age 18+ experiencing social anxiety, performance anxiety, or seeking to gain confidence in social settings
- When: Tuesdays, 6:00 – 7:30 p.m., (8 weeks)
- Dates: April 21 – June 16, 2026
- Where: In-person at our conveniently located mental health clinic, 210 S. 5th Ave., downtown Ann Arbor
