Nidia Góngora brings the soul of Colombia’s Pacific coast to the stage. The singer/songwriter comes from Timbiquí, influenced both by her mother’s love of traditional music and her father’s love of music from around the world. Her powerful, earthy, and luminous voice carries centuries of Afro-Colombian tradition in this dance-floor-ready event performed with marimba and percussion.
