Founded in 2019, Qingyun is the University of Michigan's first and only Chinese music ensemble. Our group of approximately 30 talented student musicians has trained in traditional Chinese instruments for years, with some even training for over a decade! Together, we aim to bring centuries-old melodies to life and share the beauty of this musical tradition with you.
