International Student Vaccination Clinic

-Please RSVP so our staff can plan accordingly. No appointment is required.
-Wear appropriate clothing so vaccinations can be administered in your upper arm.
-Cost: these vaccines are covered by most health insurance plans, including the University of Michigan International Student Health Insurance Plan (IHI) and GradCare. Please bring your insurance and/or prescription insurance cards with you. Those not covered by insurance can pay out of pocket.
-Set up your Patient Portal if you have not already done so. If you cannot do this in advance, UHC staff will help set this up after you arrive.
-Please submit a copy of your vaccination records ahead of time at Vax Viewer. Translated records are helpful but not required. If you cannot do this in advance, bring a copy of your records with you to the clinic. Learn more about submitting your records on Vax Viewer.
-If you are feeling ill, please wait until you are feeling better to get vaccinated. UHC staff are unable to vaccinate anyone with a fever over 101.5 ° F. Please wear a mask if you are experiencing a rash or new cough.
-Available vaccines include measles, mumps and rubella (MMR); Varicella (chicken pox); tetanus, diphtheria, and pertussis "whooping cough" (Tdap); human papillomavirus (HPV); influenza (flu); and more.
Can't make the clinic? You can book an appointment for vaccines at UHC at your convenience.
