Impact of Aphasia on Individuals and Their Families

As part of the IHA's Adjustment Matters panel discussions, the movie “Aphasia” starring Carl McIntyre, an actor who experienced a stroke and developed aphasia, will be shown. Then, experts in the field of aphasia treatment from the University Center for the Development of Language and Literacy (UCLL) will lead a panel discussion that includes a caregiver’s perspective.

This event will run from 7:00 - 8:30 p.m. on December 12, 2013.
