The CIUM welcomes Ms. Xu Rui, a leading Chinese fashion designer and scholar, to Ann Arbor to present a fashion exhibition, a fashion show/performance, and a round-table discussion from September 26 to September 28, 2013. Through these events, Ms. Xu will not only present some of her most exciting and award-winning works but also explain and discuss her theory of “seeing the invisible” in Chinese culture through creative, distinctive, and thought-provoking fashion works.
