Join us for a relaxed morning at Nichols Arboretum designed to support staff well-being through simple, restorative time in nature. This is a low-stakes, come-as-you-are kind of morning--set among the seasonal blooms of the W.E. Upjohn Peony Garden. Stay for one activity or move through the full experience at your own pace.
What to expect:
Grab-and-go breakfast, including items like make your own granola bowls and granola bars
Gentle, mindful movement sessions
Guided walks through the Arb, including highlights of seasonal interest areas
Additional pop-up wellness and connection activities, like live music, succulent planter decorating, and more
