The ECRC is hosting individual virtual resume critiques to help CoE students prepare for upcoming Career Fairs and Recruitment Events. You may only sign up for one resume critique. Resume critiques will be 15 minutes and appointments will be filled on a first to sign-up basis.

Your resume is the most important tool in your job search! Make sure your resume stands out to employers. Meet virtually with an Engineering Career Advisor to get feedback on your resume ahead of this busy time of internship and full-time recruiting.

MAKE YOUR 15 MINUTES COUNT! In advance of your appointment, we encourage you to update your resume according to the tips you will find within our resources. Attach the draft resume you would like critiqued to your Career Fair Plus profile OR bring your new draft to your virtual meet up!

Sign up opens on August 17. Instructions:
- Go to the event in Career Fair Plus (CF+) (https://app.careerfairplus.com/ume_mi/fair/6209)
- Click Login in the upper right hand corner.
--- If you already have an account, log in.
--- If dont already have an account, click Sign Up? Student or Candidate and then Sign Up. Complete your profile and use your umich email address.
- Upload your Resume/CV
--- You can only upload one resume.
----You can upload or change your resume any time by going to app.careerfairplus.com/profile/edit
- Select an adviser and then select a time that works for you, and click YES to book the meeting slot.

*DO NOT sign up for multiple times or for a time if you dont know for sure you will be there. If you sign up you are expected to attend!
