Meet the Panel:
Dhruv Dhawan (MBA '19) — Co-Founder, Bschool Travel
Bschool Travel partners with top MBA and business programs to run global experiential learning programs. Since launching in 2018, they've bootstrapped to 700•  programs across 100 countries with 50+ university partners, including Ross.
 
Ryan McManus (MBA '25) — Co-Founder, Sceptre Surgical
Sceptre is developing the Sceptre Brush, a device that disrupts and removes the biofilms behind implant-related orthopedic infections. In the past year alone, Sceptre took second place in the Michigan Business Challenge, was selected for Plug and Play's Zimmer Biomet MedTech Accelerator, and published its SABER I study in Acta Orthopaedica.
 
Jane Kim (MBA '27) — Founder, Akin
Akin is a NYC-born platform that helps people find local workshops, art classes, and creative spaces. Akin has grown past 2,000 users and was selected for the +Impact Studio Winter 2026 cohort at Ross, where the team is scaling the platform and supporting more local businesses.
