IOE 101: Shannon McGuire “Every Club in the Bag: A 30-Year IOE Career, One Shot at a Time”
Walt Disney World
Golf and Industrial & Operations Engineering are the same discipline in different clothes. Both are about optimizing a process, managing variability, and seeing how all of the pieces fit together. Shannon's career has played out like a round of golf. She has relied on the IOE “clubs” in her bag, adapted to changing conditions, and taken smart risks, including new roles, new locations, and a growing family. Join us as we hear Shannon McGuire's background and experience!
