About Matt in his own words:
"I've spent my career at the intersection of sports, media, and strategy, doing the kind of work where the stakes are high and the answers aren't obvious.

At ESPN, that meant building the models behind major live rights negotiations, helping launch the company's first branded sports betting partnership and leading a cross-company effort to rethink how we grow and engage the next generation of sports fans. It's the work I've found most energizing: complex, consequential and often without a clear playbook.

My background spans both sides of the analytical and strategic divide, starting in research and analytics before moving into corporate strategy, which means I'm as comfortable in the data as I am in the boardroom. I've advised C-suite leaders, built frameworks that shaped nine-figure deals and worked across content, product, finance, distribution and beyond to drive decisions with lasting impact."
