Do we have any control over what people will do with our music? What are the limits of “ownership” of our intellectual property? What is a “fair use?” When do we need (or not need) permission to use someone else’s work? This workshop will explore copyright issues in licensing, radio and digital play, sampling, covers, and adaptations.
