Join Out for Business for OUTx 2026: We’re Still Here, our annual storytelling event celebrating LGBTQ+ voices, experiences, and perspectives across the Ross community.

Voted Ross’s #1 Educational Event last year, OUTx creates space for members of our community to share the personal stories that have shaped who they are. This year, six Ross student speakers will take the stage alongside keynote speaker Shalanda Baker, a former U.S. Air Force officer, law professor, and former Director of the U.S. Department of Energy’s Office of Economic Impact and Diversity.

Whether you identify as LGBTQ+, consider yourself an ally, or simply want to hear perspectives and lived experiences different from your own, OUTx is an opportunity to listen, learn, and connect with the people who make up our Ross community.
