　Live kitchen! Meat and vegetables on skewers, breaded and deep-fried fresh on-site.
　Yakisoba　Live kitchen! Japanese-style stir-fried noodles cooked fresh on-site.
　Japanese-style Curry　A comforting home-style Japanese curry, quite different from Indian curry.
　Edamame　Lightly salted young soybeans. A simple, high-protein Japanese favorite.
　Drinks
　Sake, Japanese beer, whisky, sodas, etc.
