THIS COURSE WILL NOT USE PEPPER SPRAY AS AN APPPLICATION AND PARTICIPANTS SHOULD NOT BRING PEPPER SPRAY WITH THEM TO THE COURSEThis short and comprehensive course is designed to equip participants with the knowledge and skills necessary for the safe and legal use of pepper spray as a self-defense tool in Michigan. Participants will gain an in-depth understanding of Michigan's pepper spray laws, including restrictions and permissible uses, ensuring compliance and responsible handling. The course also emphasizes the development of essential de-escalation techniques to prevent conflict and effective physical self-defense tactics to protect oneself in dangerous situations. Through practical exercises and expert guidance, students will emerge more confident and prepared to navigate real-world scenarios safely and legally.
