Join Ross GCA for Booze Night: Baijiu Tasting 白酒节, an evening exploring China's national spirit. We'll pour 7 baijiu across all 5 major aroma styles (Light 清香, Strong 浓香, Sauce 酱香, Rice 米香 and Feng 凤香), from Fenjiu and Xifeng to Moutai Prince and our hero bottle, Luzhou Laojiao's Fulu Zizai gourd. GCA board members will guide each pour, with tasting cards telling the story behind every spirit.
Plus Chinese dice games, mahjong, baijiu trivia with prizes, and Chinese finger food. Open to all Ross students, no baijiu experience needed. Non-alcoholic drinks available.
