Join other men of color for an engaging and reflective workshop exploring how identity, experience, and social perceptions shape the ways we understand ourselves. Participants will examine how they see themselves, how they believe others see them, where those views come from, and how much value they choose to give them. Through meaningful discussion and reflection, participants will develop practical sense-making and meaning-making tools to better understand their experiences, challenge assumptions, and shape more intentional and empowering perspectives. Come ready to reflect, connect, and give yourself a hand in shaping your own story.About M-CLIC: Men of Color Leading & Investing in Community (M-CLIC) is a university-wide mentorship initiative open to participants of all races and genders who want to build community and strengthen support for men of color at the University of Michigan–Ann Arbor.Event Highlight: The “CLIC-N-CUTZ” Barbershop Series is M-CLIC’s signature workshop—a welcoming, informative barbershop experience that combines community, conversation, and connection.
