Visiting Ann Arbor for Parents & Family Weekend? Make the Frankel Detroit Observatory part of your itinerary!
Join us any time between 12 and 8pm for tours of the historic observatory, exploration of our exhibit, "'Fill the Ranks': The Civil War and the University of Michigan," and safely observing the sun through a telescope (weather permitting). Beginning at dark, we'll be doing night sky observing with modern and historic telescopes (weather permitting).
Free and family friendly.
