As a first-generation University of Michigan graduate, Robert began by writing freelance sports game reviews and joined EA in 1995 as a producer on John Madden Football. He then spent 17.5 years at Visual Concepts helping build NBA 2K. After time away to focus on his family, he returned to EA in 2020 to lead the historic comeback of EA SPORTS College Football, guiding a team of over 70 developers to create a game that has broken records and reinvented the college football experience. A longtime coach and church basketball league organizer, Rob leads by finding his team's strengths and giving each person room to follow their passion.
