Join aMplify for Squish the Stress Away! on November 9 from 6:00pm in the LSA Multipurpose Room (1040 LSA)! As we head into the busy semester, take some time to unwind, get creative, and connect with fellow transfer students.

We’ll have a variety of activities to help you relax and manage stress, including:

DIY Stress Balls: Create your own paper or slime stress balls to take home!

Fidget Trading Station: Bring a fidget you no longer use and trade it for something new! This is a fun and sustainable way to give your fidgets a second life while discovering something new.

Stress Management & Coping Techniques: Learn about different ways to manage stress and take care of your well-being.

Whether you’re looking to make something, trade fidgets, or simply take a break, we’d love to see you there! Make sure to RSVP and bring a friend with you!

REMINDER: Please bring your MCard with you as the doors to LSA lock at 6pm!

NOTE: Although the event starts at 6 pm, you are welcome to join us at any time :))
