If you've ever seen a bunch of giant puppets take over Main Street in early April and you've been scratching your head ever since wondering just what the heck this Tom-Foolery is all about, Mark Tucker, one of the founders and creative director of teh non-profit, WonderFool Productions will try to shed some light on the subject of how and why these puppets, and the public, come together each year to create something unique and Foolish called FestiFools.
