Great Decisions, Section 1
Class meets every other Tuesday, 1/21, 2/4, 2/18, 3/4, 3/18, 4/1, 4/15, 4/29, 5/13.
It will be facilitated by Larry and Karen Tuttle at Genesis of Ann Arbor (Temple Beth Emeth/St. Clare's Church), 2309 Packard Street. $63 (includes course briefing book).

We will discuss eight critical issues facing the U.S. this year. A course briefing book, which will be available for pick up at the OLLI office, provides background information, current data and policy options for each issue. The topics are: Defense Technology, Israel, Turkey, Islamic awakening, Energy Independence, Food/Climate, China's foreign policy and U.S. Trade Policy.

Virgil's "Aeneid"
Class meets Tuesdays, January 21 - February 11 at TSRC. $35.
We will read and discuss this great Roman epic poem (Robert Fagles' translation, Penguin Classics), which has been a key component of the Western canon for centuries. Marilyn Scott has led many OLLI study groups and has taught Aeneid in Latin.
