Daniel Farber is the Sho Sato Professor of Law and co-director of the Center for Law, Energy & the Environment at the UC Berkeley School of Law. Professor Farber serves on the editorial board of Foundation Press and is a member of the American Academy of Arts and Sciences. He is also a life member of the American Law Institute and the editor of Issues in Legal Scholarship.
