World Malaria Day Forum at U-M
In conjunction with others across the world, the University of Michigan will be hosting an awareness symposium on World Malaria Day, April 25. Join a multidisciplinary audience in exchanging ideas and collaborating to defeat malaria.
World Malaria Day was instituted by World Health Organization Member States during the World Health Assembly of 2007. It is an occasion to highlight the need for continued investment and sustained political commitment for malaria prevention and control, an opportunity to learn from each other’s experiences and support each other’s efforts, and a chance to join a global partnership against malaria.
