Public Relations New York City Immersion

Will you be in New York City in May?
Are you interested in exploring Public Relations for a potential career path?
Want to learn what it really means to work in PR?

A group of 5 students will get the opportunity to go inside the office of Emanate PR firm on Tuesday, May 13th in the Big Apple! (emanatepr.com)

This unique event offers you an insider’s look into the world of PR through the eyes of Emanate who has generously opened their doors to University of Michigan students to learn more about their organization, potential opportunities, and what a typical “day in the life” looks like at their New York office. As an Immersion participant, you will get the opportunity to tour the organization's workspace, network with Michigan alums that work there, and discover if a career in PR could be a fit for you!

Career Center staff will be in New York City to guide you and the other small group of students through the Immersion. More details about the day’s event will be provided to selected participants.

Students from all academic majors and class levels living in or near New York City are encouraged to apply.

TO APPLY COMPLETE BOTH STEPS:

1) Submit your resume on the Career Center Connector

2) Fill out the google form - http://goo.gl/tWTNX2
