Jan Longone, adjunct curator of culinary history at U-M Library, talks about the exhibit The Life and Death of Gourment - The Magazine of Good Living.

Please allow time to view the exhibit — which will be open late this day, 10 am to 8 pm — on the 7th floor of Hatcher Graduate Library South.

Exhibit materials are drawn from the Janice Bluestein Longone Culinary Archive, an assemblage of cookbooks, menus, and other material collected over many years by Longone and her husband Dan and donated to the Library.
