The team guides its Blue Chip client base beyond market plans (market share) to market spaces (where the action is). The focus is on identifying root issues (versus symptoms) effecting client business performance, putting fact-based strategy in place to address the root issues, and implementing the strategy with the intent of building deep and lasting partnerships as trusted advisors.
