Come get fit with REVIVE at the CCRB. We will be targeting a variety of different muscle groups with our lower body, upper body, and cardio workouts! Each day we will be alternating which muscle groups we will be working out. 10/28 starts Lower Body workouts (legs & glutes), 10/29 we will be doing Upper Body (abs & arms). This event is is meant to give you motivation and a little guidance to workout! You will meet other people who share a common interest and you all will have the opportunity to exchange numbers and create your own workout plans!
