Capitalizing on Your True Leadership Talents: A New Model

Effective leaders foster commitment, creativity and productive attitudes in others. In this session, you will learn how to initiate a strengths-based leadership approach and discover how to motivate others to reach their peak performance.

You will learn to:

Discuss the philosophy and benefits of using a strengths-based approach to enhance performance capabilities in others
Identify and describe your five key strengths as a leader and how they impact your team
Examine your own attributes in light of the characteristics of successful leaders
Determine your personal fit within the four domains of "leadership strength"
Identify ways to respond to hope, trust, compassion, and stability needs of others
Develop a plan to leverage the strengths of your team for greater organizational productivity
