This class will provide a general survey of Chinese history, geography, philosophy, and culture. It will cover education, government, communication, health beliefs, sports, migration, wars and their impacts, American influence, and the Taiwan issue. Amy Seetoo was a co-founder of the Chinese American Society of Ann Arbor (1994) and the Healthy Asian Americans Project at the University of Michigan (1996). She is dedicated to promoting cultural exchange in Michigan.

This class for those over 50 meet Mondays, March 2 - April 6.
