Currently a member of Southeast Michigan Regional Transit Authority representing Washtenaw County, Professor Gerber will give an update on RTA’s goal of integrating the existing transit across the four-county region and establishing a new cross-county transit corridor. She is author of “The Populist Paradox: Interest Group Influence and the Promise of Direct Legislation.”
