Amy Speace lives with two tickhounds, June and Maybelle, in Jersey City, New Jersey, across from the Statue of Liberty. Her tough, complex lyrics, combined with absolutely infectious country-flavored tunes, have made her a New York City phenomenon and gained her a grass-roots fan base around the country.
