This three session course will help homeowners, investors, and intellectually-active seniors understand the latest developments in the local housing market and how it affects them, their friends, and families. Topics include: current housing market trends, factors that influence future market prices, how property taxes are calculated, understanding our recovering housing market, normal vs. distressed sales, foreclosures, short sales, the rental market, and other topics proposed by the participants.
