Come celebrate the beginning of summer at Gifts of Art’s UMHS Summer Courtyard Concert Series opener with the Bluescasters. This well-known Ann Arbor group was formed in 2004 by Harry Rodman (percussion & vocals), Doug Wolgat (bass & vocals) and Kerry Adams (guitar and vocals). The following year they were joined by multi-instrumentalist Phil Ryski (guitar, piano, harp & vocals). Since then, the band has released four award nominated albums. The fourth album, Something Going Down, was released in 2014. The Bluescasters bring their original, high energy music to festivals and nightclubs throughout Michigan.
