Little Miss Higgins is Jolene Higgins, born in Alberta, raised in Independence, Kansas, and now a resident of Nokomis, Saskatchewan. The folks up at Summerfolk in Ontario call her "a pocket-sized powerhouse who mixes originals with 1930s Memphis blues standards."
