Sometimes the best way to blow off some steam is by working up a sweat! Join us at Trotter for our FREE weekly fitness classes. Kick some booty with cardio kickboxing on Tuesdays from 7:30-8:30 pm and get your groove on during our HIIT dance classes on Thursdays from 7:30-8:30 pm. All are welcome!
