The U-M Pediatric Endocrinology Department is offering a class for grandparents, teachers, babysitters, step-parents and other caregivers to learn how to care for a child with diabetes. The class will take place from 1 - 4 p.m. Thursday, July 29, in the Cardiovascular Center's Danto Auditorium. The Pediatric Diabetes Caregiver Class will be interactive, with practice time and Q&A. Cost for the program is $15 per person, which includes handouts and light refreshments. Advance registration by July 27th is required.
