Abe Torchinsky Memorial Celebration
Abe Torchinsky (1920-2009)Abe was a renowned performer, and one of the most influential teachers for a generation of tuba and euphonium students. His genial, outgoing nature was much beloved by all those who encountered him. He taught tuba and euphonium at the University of Michigan from 1972-89.
