As the U-M embarks on a strategic diversity planning process, it is important to provide historical context for our current work. A panel, comprising past and current U-M leaders who have played a critical role in advancing the diversity agenda, will reflect on U-M’s diversity history, the progress made, the challenges that still need to be addressed and ideas for moving forward. A strolling reception and exhibit focused on key moments in U-M’s diversity history will follow. For more information and to RSVP, please visit http://ncid.umich.edu/events/u-m-diversity-summit/.
