“My Turn” Special ASD Access Hours

UMMA is pleased to participate in a new program developed by the Ann Arbor Hands On Museum (AAHOM). “My Turn” was developed to implement accessible and inclusive programming, particularly for families affected by Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). On Sunday, June 12, UMMA will open early exclusively for its inaugural “My Turn” ASD friendly program allowing families to enjoy art in a fun and welcoming atmosphere. Families will have access to special activities in the galleries that will help encourage exploration and discovery.
"My Turn" programs are coordinated by the Ann Arbor Hands-On Museum and take place on second Sundays throughout the year. For more information visit www.myturncommunity.org.
