Sophie Quinn-Judge will discuss her book forthcoming by I.B. Tauris, entitled The Third Force in the Vietnam Wars: The Elusive Search for Peace 1954-75. The book examines the central role that the peace process played in the Vietnam conflict, with a special emphasis on the efforts to craft a peace agreement by Vietnamese citizens outside of the official channels of government, such as religious groups and students.
