Recent Works: Art Quilts by the Paradigm Quilters
Paradigm is a group of 18 artists from southeast Michigan who are dedicated to the concept of quilt as art. Although most of the art is textile based, the membership uses many techniques in its production. The work ranges from what is easily recognized as a quilt, to assemblage and sculpture. Most group members work in the arts – teaching, lecturing or selling their work. They meet regularly to share ideas, critique each others' work and organize group projects and exhibitions.
