Recognizing U-M student orgs for their outstanding achievements in the arts
Voting is now open for The Accolades Awards!
The Accolades Awards were started in 2014 to recognize U-M student organizations for their outstanding achievements in the arts each year, and for their leadership in the university's vibrant arts community.
The student-driven artistic community at the University of Michigan is one of the most vibrant in the nation; there are over two hundred and fifty diverse student arts organizations operating across Michigan's campus. These groups produce innovative and engaging art across all fields and their presence enriches the culture of the University. Awards are designed to recognize achievements by student organizations in a wide range of disciplines, including Theatre, Music, Dance, Comedy and Improv, Visual Arts, Literary publications and more. Online voting will take place from April 4-10, and the entire campus is encourages to help select the most deserving groups in each category. Winners in each category will receive $100 for their organization, plus other great prizes.
