UM HOUSING ONLY: In this workshop, you will acquire the tools to sense when there is a difference in communication style, enhance your sensitivity so you can recognize the general behaviors that are common to specific culture groups, as well as learn strategies that will help you repair breakdowns caused by differences in the culture of communication.
