During this hands-on workshop, well talk about email alerting services and RSS (Really Simple Syndication) feeds, and how these tools can help you keep up-to-date in the humanities. Using selected library resources, such as the library catalog and library databases along the lines of MLA International Bibliography and Historical Abstracts, well demonstrate some strategies for collecting wide-ranging scholarly information into your email inbox and into an RSS feed reader.
