Dr. Sharon Watling, a former PharmD student at the University of Michigan College of Pharmacy, now a Principle Consultant with Boston Biomedical Associates, where she serves as a clinical development consultant for small molecules, gene, and cell therapies. Dr. Watling will speak about the various steps involved in drug product development, starting from the pre-clinical phase all the way through the post marketing phase. She will also explain the diversity of thought present throughout the drug development process as well as the diversity of instrumental roles that pharmacists can play in the process.
