Yoga is a great way to help destress and bring balance to the one who practices. As a club that promotes health in all its facets we see the great benefits with yoga. Weather permitting, we are going to be doing yoga out on Palmer field on September 24th at 6pm. This is a great opportunity to get to know other members and an opportunity to rest after the first few weeks of classes. Hope to see you all there!
