Portfolio Manager. Prior to founding Clovis in June, 2002, Mr. Prober was a Principal and Portfolio Manager at Cramer Rosenthal McGlynn, LLC (“CRM”)and served on the Strategic Planning Committee. In addition, from January 1, 1996 through May 31, 1997, Mr. Prober ran the short book for CRM’s hedge fund. Prior to joining CRM in 1993, he worked in corporate finance and commercial banking at Chase Manhattan Bank and as a research analyst for Alpha Capital Venture Partners. Mr. Prober earned a BBA from the University of Michigan School of Business Administration and an MM from Northwestern University, Kellogg School of Management.
