This three-session course will help home and property owners, investors and intellectually active seniors understand the latest developments in the local housing market and how it affects them, their friends and families.

Topics include: current housing market trends, factors that influence future market prices, preparing your home to sell, how property taxes are calculated, normal vs. distressed sales, foreclosures, short sales, the rental market and other topics proposed by participants.

This study group for those 50 and over will be led by instructor Wayne Esch, a long-time Ann Arbor realtor. Sessions will be held on Tuesdays from April 24 to May 8.
