Community Engagement Grant for Interprofessional Education Application Deadline
The Ginsberg Center, in partnership with multiple units on campus, offers a collaborative funding model encouraging -- and practicing -- collective action to increase our impact in service to the public good.
We seek to engage faculty interested in advancing their scholarship while enhancing the capacity of social sector community partners and communities through substantial, reciprocal engagement. We invite teaching, research, and other educational proposals focused on advancing equity and decreasing economic and racial disparities in Washtenaw County, Detroit, and other Southeast Michigan communities, especially in the areas of education, employment, and housing, as key social determinants of health.
Ginsberg Center Community Engagement Grants for Interprofessional Education are offered in partnership with the Center for Interprofessional Education (IPE) to support interprofessional, community-engaged initiatives. Grants up to $5,000 will be awarded to support interprofessional teams, representing at least two different schools, that include at least one past or current IPE Fellow.
